All our controllers are designed to replace the original temperature controller in your electric AGA.
Manufactured to the highest standards using the latest quality components.
The components are mounted on a precision cut Dural panel that replaces the original panel.
This replaces the current panel on your AGA oven. It uses a special heat resistant material and it's wipe clean.
The circuit board uses the latest technolgy, embracing surface mounted components. A microcontroller is a it's heart
The MK3 has the unique ECO button. This button shuts down core to a standby mode of 120’C.

2 Thermocouples, Oven and Core K Type.
240v ac Mains.
240v ac from Off Peak time clock to permit higher preselected core temperature.
Oven Element feed via 90A Solid State Relay.
240v ac feed to Off Peak clock.
240v ac at 1A for oven circulating fan.
Vent Fan supply. This may be either 240v ac or 8v to 20v DC at 200mA max.
Please state what model is needed, in general early Mk1 models were 240v ac.
Power on Green LED. This also indicates a fault condition when flashing.
Charge Red LED. This indicates when the Core is being heated.
On continuously when charging using Off Peak power to heat to selected temperature on PCB.
Approx 1 sec flash rate when charging core temperature at 370’ using peak power.
Fast flash rate when charging to 120’C in ECO mode.
Vent Fan on/off switch Green LED indicates when fan is running.
Oven temperature, 16 position rotary switch 110’C to 250’C in 10 deg steps.
Vent Fan switch.
'Hidden' ECO mode switch which shuts down core to standby mode of 120’C.
Core temperatures maintained to +/- 5’C.
Oven temperatures maintained to +/- 2’C.
Over temperature protection monitor for SSR. Will shut down if greater than 90’C on heatsink.
Separate fuse protection for PCB, circulation fan and vent fan.
Monitor state led’s on pcb to assist in fault finding.
If DC vent fan fitted then Vent Fan volts adjuster on PCB to manually preset fan speed.
Off peak charge temperature switches for 600, 650, 700 and 725’C.
Fault conditions indicated by green POWER led flashing. Core heating, vent and circulating fan aborted. Usual cause will be open circuit thermocouple or thermocouple reading greater than 800’C.
Direct replacements for AGA electric oven controller using PCB, model AE4M230352 Mk1 and Mk3 variants
